On hand was Woodinville Mayor Scott Hageman to open up the ceremonies for all of the Columbia Wine members and Enthusiasts who were there to celebrate the New Remodeled space! Also Susan Hutchison, who is running for King County Executive, was there to enjoy the activites as well! Thanks to all the supporters, wine lovers and Woodinville Residents who enjoyed the afternoon with us!

The Columbia Winery in Woodinville invited me out to photograph their Newly Remodeled Winery! Look out for Photographs from their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony later this week!

They’ve recently invested in a $2 million renovation of the entire Interior and boy is it BEAUTIFUL!! Not only is there a beautiful new wine tasting bar, Beautiful new central Fireplace with cozy seating all the way around, but the winery is now also licensed to sell wine by the glass and is offering FREE WI-FI…Sorry, Starbucks…The Columbia Winery now has the goods!!

So now you can drive through wine country, stop in to enjoy a glass of their Delicious Peninsula blend, fire up your laptop and enjoy the Gorgeous and peaceful surroundings! Not a bad way to spend your afternoon, eh?!!

Ramona Pierson is the CEO and founder of Synaptic Mash LLC., She started the company in 2008 in Seattle and it’s Educational Software has literally Exploded and school districts throughout the U.S. are coming onboard. Congrats Ramona!!

The GSA had their Annual Awards Dinner with Speaker Chris Gardner of “The Pursuit of Happyness” Fame!

During Chris Gardner’s talk there were clips from the Movie in which actor Will Smith played the Role of Gardner.

After that the Awards were announced for the Hi-Tech Semiconductor Field and included awards for “Most Respected Public Semiconductor Company Achieving $10 Billion+”, which went to INTEL, along with a number of other Industry Awards, with the Top Award, the “2008 Dr. Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award” going to Dr. Eli Harari Founder of SanDisk for his instrumental role in Digital Image Capture Technology.

Mark Kotzer of Venture Drive Consulting was on hand to make sure the 2007 Growth Award went to Diane Irvine, CEO of Blue Nile Inc.
